Terms of sale

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR) and include 25% VAT. The price stated at the time of ordering is the applicable price.

General terms and conditions

You must read our terms and conditions before using the website. By using this website, you accept our terms and conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old to shop on the website. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

Made By Fick and purchases on the website are subject to European law.

How to pay

In Made By Fick you can shop with the following cards:

- MobilePay

- Dankort & Visa/Dankort

- Visa & Visa Electron

- Mastercard

- ApplePay

Card and bank fees are disclosed before purchase. Transaction fees do not exceed the fees set by PBS.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card such as Visa/Mastercard and PayPal or MobilePay, the amount is reserved immediately for up to 30 days.

The money is reserved on your card or account until: 1) We withdraw the amount when we process the order.

2) If the order is canceled, when the money is released as agreed with your card issuer.

When is the item purchased?

The items placed in the shopping cart are not purchased until you have pressed "pay" and then entered your credit card information: Once you have pressed "pay" and the credit card issuer has approved your credit card information, the item is registered as purchased. Made By Fick reserves the right of ownership of delivered goods until the entire purchase price has been paid in full.

Safety and security

If you buy by credit card, you can at any time file a complaint with your bank, after which the bank will ensure your refund if you have not received the agreed product. The bank has the option of refunding you and withdrawing the money from the online store.

Warehouse

All items in the Made By Fick webshop are made to order.

Delivery time

Delivery time for ordered folding curtains is approx. 14 days in Denmark and 21 days in the EU.

Freight DK

We deliver your curtains free of charge to your home address or nearest parcel shop.

You can also choose to pick up your order at Fick-Co Interior, Gammel Kongevej 148, Frederiksberg.

Shipping EU

We deliver your folding curtains free of charge to your home address or nearest parcel shop.

Freight NO

As a customer from Norway, you do not pay 25% Danish VAT. This is automatically deducted when ordering. Norwegian VAT will be settled with the authorities in accordance with current regulations.

Customs duties: Customs duty is normally not paid. In some cases, 2% tax is paid.

Shipping rates Norway The shipping price is automatically calculated during the order based on the total weight. The price includes customs document fee which we prepay to PostNord of 130 DKK. Delivery ParcelShop from 350 kr Delivery Private delivery from 400 kr

The risk for the goods

The risk for goods purchased in Fick-co's webshop passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

Damaged goods

When you receive your order from the carrier, pick up at the post office, you must immediately refuse receipt if the package is damaged or if you can hear something is broken in the package. All transport damage must be reported to Made By Fick as soon as possible.

If you do not immediately object when there are visible defects on the package, doubts may arise as to where the delivery has been damaged and you may risk being liable for the damage yourself. If you can see minor damage to the package, you can ask the carrier to write "subject to damage".

Keep all packaging. This will be used as documentation if a claim is made against the shipping company.

Please take pictures of the damage and packaging and contact us.

Right of withdrawal

Roman blinds are an order item that we take home especially for you. According to current legislation, there is no right of withdrawal on order purchases, it is therefore not possible to return these items.

Complaints

Fick-co provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This includes manufacturing and material defects in normal use of the item.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance or unauthorized intervention.

There may be small cosmetic deviations that are not covered by the warranty, such as structural differences in the linen weave.
